About Paws & Co
Paw & Co has been specialising in the training of puppies and dogs since 2010.
Paws & Co was established in 2010 by Lesley Everest and Gillian Cooper, both of whom possess extensive expertise in the domains of companionship and the training of puppies and dogs. Their professional collaboration with ADPT-accredited trainer Barry Headon of K9 Training began in 2002, leading to the successful independent management of K9 Training's puppy classes from 2003 onwards. In 2010, Lesley and Gillian launched their own training initiatives, thereby founding Paws & Co. In 2015, trainer Kelly Abraham joined the organisation, subsequently achieving a distinction in her Diploma in Dog Behaviour in 2016. In 2025, Lesley and Gillian opted for retirement, entrusting the leadership of the organisation to Kelly. Their expertise and calming presence are greatly missed by both clients and their canine companions. Kelly has since augmented the team with the addition of Emma, who holds a Level 3 qualification in Animal Care, to assist with the classes. Additionally, Vicky Brown, while operating in a supportive capacity, has made significant contributions by aiding in the development of the new website and providing ongoing support throughout this transition.
